The project will have the following outcomes:

Online training course hosted on an E-learning platform.
Training contents will be included in a e-course for civil servants and managers working in the field of tourism responding to a set of concepts and competencies essential for the staff of the Municipality responsible for tourism development.
A handbook with the key element for the improvement of skills and knowledge of the municipality staff.
This handbook is designed to show cases and good practices on the development of sustainable tourism available for all the target groups in 5 languages
